The Fine Print

Please be on time for your session.  The door may be locked if you arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled time.  No need to knock on the door ... if you're there for your session you can just walk in.  

Please do not bring anyone with you unless you have talked with me first.

Failing to show up for your session, canceling on the same day, or arriving too late is considered a no-show.  You might be asked to pay for the time that you reserved or be required to pay when scheduling future sessions.   

Cancellation - A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session.

* If you miss a session that you have already paid for, you may reschedule one time.  This also applies to bundled sessions and gift certificates. 
 
Pre-payment requirements:
- New clients are required to pay for their session at the time of scheduling 
- Payment is due at the time of scheduling virtual sessions and special offers
- Payment is due when scheduling multiple sessions for the same day
- Bundled Sessions: Payment for bundles is due at the time of scheduling

* Your time is not reserved until payment is received.   
     
Refund Policy: No refunds unless I cancel. Sessions/classes/workshops are rescheduled in the case of inclement weather. 

* PLEASE RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL, HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO OR  HAVE A FEVER DUE TO AN ILLNESS THAT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE CONTAGIOUS.  THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING! 💗
